    We are providing Medical Council of India (MCI) approved List of Medical Colleges under Central Universities and Total Available Seats for MBBS Course.     Central universities or union universities in India are established by an Act of Parliament and are under the control of the Department of Higher Education in the Union Human Resource Development Ministry. In general, universities in India are recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC),  Central universities, are bound by the Central Universities Act, 2009, which regulates their purpose, powers, governance etc., and established 12 new universities. The list of central universities published by the UGC lists 50 central universities, until 1 November 2019, nine of which are directly funded by the Government of India and are not under the purview of the UGC. The state with the highest number of central universities in India is Uttar Pradesh with six universities, There are central universities in all of the states of India except Goa. In union territories, there are central universities in Delhi and Puducherry. But there are few Central Universities offering MBBS Course. In India there are three Central Universities namely 1) Delhi University, Delhi, 2) Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (Aligarh Muslim University), Aligarh, 3) Institute of Medical Sciences (Banaras Hindu University) ,Varanasi are approved by MCI and Participating in NEET Counselling. Total 910 MBBS Seats are available in three Central Universities.

    In India total 3 central universities are approved by MCI and Paricipating in NEET Counselling, they are 1.Delhi University, 2. JawaharLal Nehru Medical College (Aligarh Muslim University), Aligarh, 3. Institute of Medical Science (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Under Delhi University 3 Government Medical Colleges offering MBBS Course[1. Lady Hardinge Medical College(LHMC) For Women, New Delhi with Annual Intake of 240 MBBS Seats, 2.  Maulana Azad Medical College(MAMC), New Delhi with Annual Intake of 250 MBBS Seats, 3. University College of Medical Sciences(UCMC), New Delhi with annual Intake of 170 MBBS Seats] . Delhi University has total 660 MBBS Seats, Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College (Aligarh Muslim University), Aligarh has total 150 MBBS Seats and Institute of Medical Science (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi has total 100 MBBS Seats. In Central Universities total 910 MBBS Seats available.

    DU NEET 2020 Seat Matrix

    In DU Out of 100% seats , 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi state Students only  as ordered by Supreme court of India and the remaining 15% seats are allotted to   All India 15% Quota. Out of these 660 MBBS Seats Under Delhi University (Central University ) affliated Medical Colleges, 99 MBBS Seats are allotted to All India Quota, 21 MBBS Seats are allotted to Seats for nominees of Government of India will be filled up by The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, 50 MBBS Seats are Allotted to EWS(Economically Weaker Section ) and 490 MBBS seats are allotted to Under Delhi State Government Quota.

    Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), on behalf of MCC will conduct counselling for 100% seats in Central Universities ( AMU, BHU & DU) including institutional/ Domicile Quota.

    Delhi University MBBS Cut Off 2019

    NEET 2019 cutoff marks for Delhi University for 15% All India Quota Seats and 85% State Quota Seats: Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), on behalf of MCC, releases the NEET allotment and admitted list after each Round for Delhi University colleges for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 85% State Quota Seats. DU NEET 2019 15% All India Quota cutoff and 85% State Quota has been prepared after the Central Universities Counselling conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Based on the MBBS allotment list released last year, All India Rank Cutoff Range has been arranged based on the Category for each college. Table below reports the AIR cutoff range for 15% All India Quota seats and 85% State Quota Seats in Central University Medical colleges released by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 2019 admission. This information possibly will help students to make the correct choice filling during the All India Quota Online NEET 2020 Counselling Process. 

    We are providing DU 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota Rank Range for each reservation category college-wise in below table. If you want to find out whether you can get MBBS seat in your desired college for your NEET score, you can select the colleges from the below list and check the All India Rank given for your reservation category. If your score is below that All India Rank range for your category, then you may have better chances to get the admission in that college.
